		<description>Both IBM and EMC have started internal programs that allow that safe sandbox for learnings.  Both of these large technology companies share similar traits as Best Buy.

One of the keys I&#039;ve learned, is to make sure that the internal culture accepts mistakes, as long as they are quickly addressed and there&#039;s learnings from it.  This is also wishful thinking on my part, since I make a lot of mistakes myself.</description>
